Eugenio Minoli is a partner at AEM Carnelutti. He has a multifaceted international business practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and cross-border corporate, commercial transactions, as well as general corporate advisory work. His experience includes transactions ranging from private placements, securities offerings, and private equity transactions to licensing and franchising agreements. Eugenio has significant experience in cross-border litigation and internal investigations, representing and having represented U.S. clients in connection with criminal investigations in Italy. Eugenio also has advised U.S. and international corporate clients and financial institutions on regulatory compliance and on the extraterritorial impact of U.S. regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the USA Patriot Act, and anti-money laundering laws and their interaction with European and Italian legislations.
Before joining AEM Carnelutti, he worked as a partner at Altieri, Esposito & Minoli PLLC, and as an associate in International firms (from 1999 to 2008 at Heller Ehrman LLP, and from 2008 until joining Altieri Esposito & Minoli at Jones Day). He obtained his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Milan, and in 1998 received an LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law.
He had been a member of the Association of the City of the bar of New York and New York State Bar Association since 2002.
He speaks Italian, in addition to English.
