Andrea Rittatore Vonwiller is a Senior of Counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm's tax department. His practice focuses on assisting top management of banks, industrial and commercial companies in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions at a national and international level.
Andrea is a member of the Italian Bar of Dottori Commercialisti and of the National Chartered Accountants & Tax Experts' Society, and he is registered on the Roll of Professional Auditors. He is also a member of AGN International (Accountants Global Network) and of the AGN membership development Committee.
He holds board of directors and audit committee positions with several Italian and international companies.
Andrea frequently speaks at conferences on tax, corporate law and regulatory matters and regularly publishes articles on these subjects.
Andrea is also an active committee member of Italian charitable institutions. In particular, he has served on the board of Friends of the Poldi Pezzoli Museum, home of one of the most prestigious art collections in Europe. He speaks English and French, in addition to Italian.

Assisting the Italian group of the world's first and largest whirlpool bathtub manufacturer in its corporate and tax reorganization.
Successfully defended a primary Italian synthetic resins manufacturer from tax avoidance claims allegedly originating from a demerger.
Assisting on an on-going basis an international company, leader in the real estate market, in corporate and tax matters, including the reorganization process of its Italian group companies.
Advising one of the largest oil and chemical companies on the reorganization of the corporate and tax structures of its Italian operations.
