Alexander Tripp is a partner of AEM Carnelutti. He is a litigator with 20 years of experience representing small and mid-sized businesses in complex litigation in state and federal courts. Alexander has been representing clients in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, online advertising, entertainment, diamond wholesaling, investment banking, international commodities trading and logistics, oil exploration, and cosmetics development. Alexander has also represented clients in matters arising from the Iraq Oil-For-Food Program and U.S. trade embargoes.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (1988) and Fordham University School of Law (1997), where he was the Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal.
Alexander was admitted to law practice in New York in 1998. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
