Luca Arnaboldi, Senior Partner of Carnelutti, has been with the firm since the beginning of his career. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department, where his practice focuses on sophisticated finance transactions, including within the real estate industry.
In addition to his role at Carnelutti, Luca Arnaboldi is a professor of intellectual property at the University Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza (LIUC). He has also lectured at various courses and seminars, at the University of Milan, at the Milan’s Politecnico University, at the L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome and at numerous conferences where he is a regular speaker on different financial and economic subjects.
Luca Arnaboldi is a reserve officer with Italy’s tax police and also a registered chartered accountant. He has held and still holds board of directors or supervisory board positions with several, public and private, Italian and international companies.

Luca Arnaboldi was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1989 and before the Supreme Court in 1999.
