Nicolò Bastianini is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department. Nicolò Bastianini is the nephew of Francesco Carnelutti (1879-1965). His practice focuses on giving advice to a number of leading international clients in Italian and international transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, banking law matters, general corporate law and contract agreements. He has assisted many domestic and international industrial, financial and commercial companies. He also specializes in the fields of media, sports, entertainment and telecommunications, and in these industries he has advised several among the major international and European players such as television broadcasters and producers, internet and mobile telecom operators, sports organizers and show business talents. In this respect he has recently advised on the regulatory set up and management of a terrestrial digital platform and of a DVBH platform. Nicolò Bastianini was the head of legal and corporate affairs for the Italy 1990 FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee. He is a faculty member of the "Licensing and Upgrading" course at the POLI.design (Politecnico University of Milan).
