Renata Ricotti is a member of the firm’s tax department. Her practice focuses on Italian and international taxation, corporate tax and tax litigation.
She has been particularly active in assisting top management of industrial and commercial companies in reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions at both national and international levels. She has recently assisted multinationals in the field of electronics, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and apparel.
Renata Ricotti has been a member of the Italian Bar of Dottori Commercialisti and of the National Chartered Accountants & Tax Experts’ Society since 1986 and of the Accountants Global Network (AGN) International.
She holds board of directors and audit committee positions with several Italian and international companies.

Renata Ricotti earned her degree in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from the University of Pavia in 1984.
