Olimpio Stucchi is the head of the firm's labour law department. He focuses his practice on Italian labour and employment law, social security law, relations with trade unions and related litigation. Olimpio Stucchi has advised or represented major international and Italian players on reorganizations, relocations and RIFs (Reduction In Force procedures), collective consultations, negotiations and agreements with trade unions, domestic and cross-border outsourcing, executive, directorship and employment agreements, incentive schemes and other benefits, non-compete and restrictive covenants, grievance and disciplinary issues, individual dismissals and executives terminations, employment policies and handbooks, international secondments and related expatriates issues, safety at work matters, employment related privacy matters, commercial and financial agents contracts, transfer of undertakings, and all related litigation. He has lectured at seminars held by the Catholic University of Milan and has recently contributed to a book published by the Italian Banking Association (ABI). Olimpio Stucchi is ranked as a leading employment lawyer in Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook and European Legal Experts. He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1990 and is qualified to plead before the High Courts. He speaks English, in addition to Italian. |
