Benedetta Amisano is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department, where her practice focuses on real estate, corporate finance and M&A, and private equity.
Benedetta Amisano assists many investors (whether Italian, foreigner, public and private), developers, banks and public companies interested in increasing value of real estate property in Italy. In particular, she assists Italian and foreign property investment funds in the phases of development, investment and management of real estate assets.
Benedetta Amisano counsels in the evaluation of all legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, financing, with particular reference to relevant guarantees, of preparation, evaluation and termination of joint venture agreements, work contracts, Asset Management and Property Management related to the development of real estate projects.
Benedetta Amisano is vice president of AREL (Associazione Real Estate Ladies), a member of the Governing Board of AICI (Associazione Italiana Consulenti e Gestori Immobiliari) and a member of Quotidiano Immobiliare online Scientific Committee. Benedetta Amisano is an assistant professor in intellectual property law at the University of Castellanza (LIUC).
She is a regular speaker at real estate conferences and she is a contributor to Italian real estate publications.
According to Chambers and Partners Benedetta Amisano is appreciated for her "proactive approach" and they are charmed by "her ability to find solutions, to meet the circumstances half way". At the TopLegal Awards 2009, Benedetta Amisano was ranked as the second most outstanding Italian real estate lawyer.
