Laura Logli is of counsel at the law firm Carnelutti studio legale associato, where her practice focuses on family law: separation, divorce and common-law marriage agreements. She also deals with family abuse and domestic violence, stalking and mobbing. She often manages cases related to minors: children's custody and financial issues related to natural children, adoption, withdrawal of parental responsability, disavowal of paternity and legal recognition of paternity.
Her expertise includes instruments to safeguard family estates: establishment of estate funds and family agreements.
She follows cases of guardianship and similar procedures under Italian law.
Her practice also covers inheritance issues.
Laura Logli co-operates with several newspapers and magazines and is the author of the columns "Famiglia" on Natural Style and "Sos genitori separati" on For Men Magazine published by Cairo Editore.
