Laura Logli is of counsel at the law firm Carnelutti studio legale associato, where her practice focuses on family law: separation, divorce and common-law marriage agreements. She also deals with family abuse and domestic violence, stalking and mobbing. She often manages cases related to minors: children's custody and financial issues related to natural children, adoption, withdrawal of parental responsability, disavowal of paternity and legal recognition of paternity. Her expertise includes instruments to safeguard family estates: establishment of estate funds and family agreements. She follows cases of guardianship and similar procedures under Italian law. Her practice also covers inheritance issues. Laura Logli co-operates with several newspapers and magazines and is the author of the columns "Famiglia" on Natural Style and "Sos genitori separati" on For Men Magazine published by Cairo Editore. She regularly writes on the column "Perchè" of the magazine Specchio sold with the daily paper La Stampa and currently writes on the free daily newspaper Metro.
