Marino Bastianini is senior of counsel at the law firm Carnelutti studio legale associato.
In 1961, at the begining of his professional career, Marino Bastianini joined Carnelutti, working with professor Francesco Carnelutti. Marino Bastianini's skills and ability in the difficult legal profession were rapidly recognized by Tito Carnelutti - one of the two sons of Francesco Carnelutti - of whom he became an inseparable collaborator, until the day he was appointed Senior Partner of Carnelutti. He has played an important role in the reorganization of its entire structure by creating new practice areas and by re-organizing the corporate and contractual law sectors.
Marino Bastianini has held many positions both as a statutory auditor and as a board member of important Italian and international companies. He is currently member of the board of RCS Libri SpA.
He is fluent in English and French, in addition to his native Italian. |
