Valentina Zanelli and Camilla Pozza hold a lecture on business law to the students of the Masters in Corporate Finance and Control, in Corporate Management and Strategy and in Business Administration at the Business School of “Il Sole 24 Ore”.
In particular, the lecture provides an overview of all the types of companies that exist in Italy (with a particular focus on partnerships and corporations) and goes on to discuss the functioning of companies, their bodies and liability profiles, with a detailed analysis of management models and corporate governance aspects. Finally, the students carry out a practical exercise in class in which they have to choose the most appropriate type of company to meet the needs of a hypothetical client.
