In the area of trading relations between private parties, the class intends to offer a general picture of the sources of international commercial law, with insight on major issues in international contracts and commercial dispute resolution between private parties. In the area of relations between states, instead, the objective of the class is to analyze foreign investment protection tools offered by multilateral and bilateral treaties.
