Matteo Bazzani has been adjunct professor of Bankruptcy Law at the Catholic University of Milan since 2011. The course aims at providing students with in-depth knowledge of pre-bankruptcy schemes of arrangements, debt restructuring agreements, composition with creditors procedures, bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings.
