Master “Intellectual Property and Innovation Law”

Elisabetta Mina and Giulia Panigazzi were the speakers for the day dedicated to “Commercial communication and unconventional marketing” in the “Intellectual Property and Innovation Law” master organized by 24ORE Business School.

Their interventions focused specifically on the regulation of digital advertising in Italy and Europe, particularly on influencer marketing and native advertising, as well as on the new rules introduced by the Digital Market Act and the Digital Service Act in terms of advertising.
