Camilla Tallia is a partner of Carnelutti Law Firm.
She is part of the Corporate law department where she deals with M&A and PE deals, assisting clients during all the phases of the deal (from the preliminary letters of interest, through the signing and until the closing and post-closing) and in the drafting and negotiations of the main agreements and ancillary documentation.
She has also specific expertise in working with clients in the day-to-day corporate activities (i.e., shareholders and board of directors' meetings) and regarding commercial agreements.
Camilla Tallia is used to working with national and international operators, listed companies, investment funds, real estate companies. She can combine the Corporate and Food Law backgrounds, by working on a niche legal market and offering legal advice to companies operating in the food sector.
She graduated in 2014 from the University of Milan, and she received a Ph.D. in European Union Corporate Law from the University of Ferrara in 2019. During the Ph.D. program, she had the chance to deepen the general principles of European Food and Business Law, by sitting in specialized courses and working on a research project relating to “The protection of Geographical Indications and the International Trade: a comparative analysis between EU and USA: is there room for discussion?”.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2018.
