Chiara Mariani is a partner of Carnelutti Law Firm.
She is a member of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency department, where she specializes in restructuring and turnaround matters, insolvency procedures, acquisition and financing of distressed companies in the context of out-of-court workouts, and in-court reorganization.
Her practice also focuses on bankruptcy and corporate litigation, including in relation to directors’ and auditors’ civil liability.
Chiara has also developed significant experience in banking and finance, and she represents and advises lenders in a wide variety of domestic and international financing transactions.
She is a lecturer in corporate and bankruptcy law at the Catholic University of Milan and she is fluent in English and Spanish.
Chiara graduated in law in 2011 from the Catholic University of Milan. She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2015.
