Elsa Mora is of counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm, and a member of the firm’s Labour department.
She advices international and domestic clients on complex employment related issues, both providing assistance in litigation matters and corporate legal advice.
Since the beginning of her career, she has worked in leading international law firms in their labour departments, dealing with all the issues concerning the establishment, the development, the suspension and termination of the employment relationship, (incentive plans and remuneration structures, top managers appointments and terminations, the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, all the secondment-related aspects and relevant administrative obligations, etc.).
She has also acquired extensive experience in the design and implementation of governmental supplementary salary schemes, reorganization plans and collective dismissal procedures, and she actively takes part in the relevant trade unions’ consultations.
She acted in a number of cases involving transfers of undertakings, and she is also highly experienced in managing diversity and anti-discrimination related matters.
Elsa is author of several articles on labor law matters and speaks at professional conferences and training courses on employment related themes.
She is fluent in English, in addition to her native Italian.
