Marco Pallucchini focuses on corporate and commercial litigation and transactions. The majority of his clients are active in the following sectors: “Made in Italy” fashion and furniture manufacturing, software, IT and online advertising.
Many of his clients have their centres of operations in German speaking countries (i.e. DACH countries). Marco is member of the ITechLaw, the International Technology Law Association and regularly participates to its panel conferences.
Marco is also a member of the supervisory body (safeguarding against the risk of commission of criminal offences) in several corporations, and has also acted as independent member of the board and liquidator. Marco started his career in Milan in 1996 with a multinational law firm, and later worked for two other top international law firms before opening his own practice. He also had experience working as in-house counsel for a US multinational microchip producer where he took over the entire EMEA area, and for a leading international performance marketing company, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, where he covered the general counsel position for several years. He obtained his law degree in 1993 from the LUISS University of Rome. He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1996. He is fluent in English, German and French, in addition to Italian.
