Carnelutti recruits both law and tax professionals with top marks (110/110 summa cum laude) and fluent English. Experience studying and working abroad is an advantage, as well as fluency in other European languages.
Trainees are considered for promotion to associate positions after they have passed their professional exams. All trainees are usually assigned to a team headed by a partner, and become part of a practice group, giving them an opportunity to develop and hone their legal expertise from an early stage.
