Giulia Quarato is a partner of Carnelutti Law Firm. She advises on corporate, banking, and financial law. She helps commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, private or listed companies in relation to extraordinary transactions.
She focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, corporate restructuring, and reorganizations, including compositions with creditors, crisis resolution, and special situations, assisting several investors in the purchase or sale of non-performing debts and securitizations.
She trained in a boutique law firm in Milan, advising on corporate and insolvency litigation proceedings and pre-bankruptcy procedures, alternative bankruptcy procedures as well as corporate and debt restructuring procedures. Since 1999, Giulia had been working in international firms, until she joined an Italian boutique law firm, as a counsel, in 2012.
She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1997.
