Ottavia Orlandoni is a Partner at CARNELUTTI Law Firm and a member of the firm’s Tax Department.
She is an Italian “dottore commercialista” (chartered accountant), a recognized tax expert, and a statutory and sustainability auditor.
Her practice focuses on providing strategic tax advice under Italian and international tax law. She assists clients in structuring M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and investments in Italy, as well as in resolving complex tax issues and managing tax risk and compliance.
With over twenty years of experience, Ottavia has developed deep expertise in the energy and renewable energy sectors, as well as in fintech and financial industries. In addition to advising multinational corporations, companies, and investment funds, she also supports high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in navigating Italian taxation and incentive regimes.
Ottavia holds positions on boards of directors, statutory auditors’ committees, and supervisory bodies within the scope of corporate governance for several Italian and international companies. She regularly publishes articles and speaks at master programs, workshops, and conferences on national and international tax matters.
She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and serves on the Women of IFA Network (WIN) Committee in Italy.
