Emanuele Papagni is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s litigation department, where he handles complex international and domestic business - commercial and civil litigation matters. Emanuele has represented clients (both plaintiffs and defendants) in a variety of industries - financial services, fashion, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, computer and technology, health care, household product manufacturing -, and in a variety of cases; eg. breach of contract, warranty claims, debt collection, insurance, liabilities for negligence or misconduct, leasehold disputes and sundry other claims.
Emanuele takes an active role in managing all stages of litigation from pre-trial proceedings and discovery through to actual trial: he has a proven track record of achieving extra-judicial settlements, also being active in the field of mediation and ADR and he has assisted several clients in planning legal strategies to address specific industry threats and opportunities.
Emanuele is also a member of the British Chamber of Commerce, active on the Board of its Business Youth’s sector, dedicated to advancing young professionals in the business.

He earned his J.D . in 2007 from the Bocconi University of Milan, and he was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2011. In 2015, Emanuele completed a post-graduate course at the University of Milan in Fashion Law and the related processes for luxury goods and its production chain.
He is fluent in English in addition to his native Italian.
