Francesco d'Urso is of counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm.
He is a member of the firm’s Family Business department and has developed extensive expertise before domestic and international ordinary and arbitration courts, handling high profile civil and corporate litigation matters, including actions against board of directors’ and shareholders meetings’ resolutions, liability lawsuits against corporate bodies, civil liability, intellectual property, and defamation. His practice also includes drafting and negotiating contracts in various different fields.
He graduated in law from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1995. He has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2013.
He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English and French.
