Lodovico Artoni is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s corporate M&A department, where his practice focuses on M&A (drafting share purchase agreement and shareholders' agreement), cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions, with a particular focus and expertise in private equity. He is also highly experienced in joint ventures, international contracts and intergenerational transfer.
In recent years Lodovico has been involved in several groundbreaking cases/transactions, including experience abroad in transactions with several Asian companies.
As from 2016 he has been a member of the Private Equity and Finance Laboratory of the SDA Bocconi University.
After graduating from Università Statale di Milano, Lodovico achieved an LL.M. in the United States, where he worked as law clerk at the Wilmington Court of Chancery.
Lodovico is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.
