Bianca Savini is a member of Carnelutti’s Labor department.
She has developed significant experience not only in court but also rendering on-going support in ordinary employment matters (disciplinary procedures, relocation, smart working), in conciliating disputes before trade unions, in procedures under Art. 47 of Law No. 428/90, and in collective dismissals.
Her expertise includes the definition of remuneration policies and incentive agreements (such as stock options, MBOs, stability agreements, extension of standard notice periods, and change of control), as well as the protection of corporate industrial and intellectual property, with specific reference to drafting corporate policies on the use of work tools and on managing staff data.
Prior to joining Carnelutti, Bianca worked in the labor department of top-tier Italian law firms.
She graduated from the University of Milan.
Bianca was admitted to the Milan Bar in October 2017.
She is fluent in English, in addition to her native Italian.
