Francesco Grilletta is a partner at CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s litigation department, where his practice focuses on in court litigation, particularly in the areas of banking law, Energy & Utilities and factoring.
Francesco is involved in the management of NPL portfolios throughout Italy, and in the management of receivables related to the supply of electric power and gas.
Francesco advises and assists banks, factors, servicers and master servicers. He is also a speaker at conferences and teaches training classes addressing HR for Energy & Utilities companies.
Francesco cooperated with ABI Servizi - Associazione Banche Italiane (Settore Sviluppo Competenze di Roma) and provides IT advisory services on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and the Milan Bar of Lawyers in connection with the so-called electronic civil lawsuit project and with the experimentation of IT tools for lawyers at the Court of Milan and other Courts in Italy.
Prior to joining the firm, he spent 12 years at a top Italian law firm.
Francesco graduated in 2005 from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2008.
He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
