Massimo Marconi is a partner at CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a lawyer member of the firm’s tax department. His practice focuses on tax litigation and corporate tax matters, assisting companies and individuals at a national and international level, in particular on the interpretation of double tax treaties, transfer pricing, permanent establishments, group reorganizations, cross-border transactions and tax issues facing multinational groups.
He represents leading Italian and international clients before the tax authorities in the event of inspections and audits, both in the pre-litigation phase and in settlement procedures, as well as in proceedings before the tax courts and the Court of Cassation, and also assists clients in international Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).
He is a member of the Tax Justice Commission of the Milan Bar Association and of the International Technical Committee (CTI) of Bocconi University, Milan.
He is the author of publications and a lecturer in specialized courses and post-graduate masters in tax and international tax matters.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation.
He speaks English, in addition to his native Italian.
