On April 2024, as in previous years, Gilberto Comi and Massimo Marconi, partners of Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato, gave a lecture as part of the Bocconi University's Master's Degree Course in Corporate Tax Law, entitled “Transfer pricing - international dispute resolution mechanisms”.

Elisabetta Mina and Giulia Panigazzi were the speakers for the day dedicated to "Commercial communication and unconventional marketing" in the "Intellectual Property and Innovation Law" master organized by 24ORE Business School.

Their interventions focused specifically on the regulation of digital advertising in Italy and Europe, particularly on influencer marketing and native advertising, as well as on the new rules introduced by the Digital Market Act and the Digital Service Act in terms of advertising.

The course introduces students to the major stages of a companies’ life cycle (ranging from incorporation, its early development, the mature stage of business to the exiting or sale of the company). The course puts under the spotlight the roles and responsibilities of promoters and the legal challenges arising from the carrying on of business. The lectures are held with the aid of power point presentations, videos, relevant readings and papers and specimen “real” deeds and agreements.

Mario Ippolito teaches the first-level post-graduate class for experts in liability for criminal offenses of collective entities under Leg. Dec. 231/2001, with a lesson on “Surveillance Committee: how to set up and manage relations with the board of statutory auditors and the independent auditor”.

The course aims to delve deeper into the main practices of Legislative Decree 231/2001 from a corporate and legal point of view and to illustrate the methods of establishing the proper Organizational Models to prevent the risk of crime as well as the methods of carrying out the activities of the Supervisory Board.

Davide Albonico held for the third consecutive year the course “Imposte correnti e differite” at the Master “COFI - Master Executive in Contabilità e Fiscalità di Impresa”, edited by Centro Studi Aziendali Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca 2023-2024 edition.

The Master aims to offer a highly qualified training course in the Accounting & Tax area.

In particular, the areas of in-depth analysis concern: national and international accounting standards, the business income of IAS/IFRS adopters and OIC adopters, aspects of internal law that have an international scope; aspects concerning international taxation (OECD Model and MLI) and European Union taxation.

On these topics, the operational tools necessary to acquire excellent skills are provided, in a way comparable to what is offered by other international entities, with the aim of training the figure of the "corporate tax advisor"
